The third category is 'Social Media Blogs'. It includes platforms such as YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest. These apps provide all the necessary tools to get content online.

The fourth category is “Community and Discussion Forums”
On these websites, users share opinions and information on various topics, such as Reddit and Quora.

The fifth and final category is 'Consumer Reviews Networks'. It allows customers to read online reviews before purchasing a product. Business rating apps mainly help to get new leads.
