How to make energy balance figures, and analysis method for energy efficiency and saving policy by energy balance

This material explains how to perform data-oriented analyzes to develop energy efficiency and conservation policies; 1. How to create and use an energy balance figure using the IEA energy balance table. 2. How to create and use a primary energy-based sector analysis table.
After the Paris Agreement was confirmed in 2015, decarbonizing the energy sector is of great importance; Improving energy efficiency and energy conservation are expected to contribute greatly to this goal. To develop an effective policy to promote energy efficiency, it is essential to understand the overall picture of energy consumption in the country and develop policies for identified priority sectors.
