Social entrepreneurship increases the opportunities for crowdfunding and building a customer base because consumers care about America, humanity, and the Earth. Profiteers trying to maximize profits at the expense of everything else, and politicians trying to consolidate power at the expense of everything else, have proven to be a formula for disaster. What now?

We cannot count on a “silver bullet” to save us; we must create a collaborative, socially responsible network that enables a “silver hail.” The democratization of venture capital (crowdfunding) and the democratization of the media (everything on the Internet) are creating a new American economy and a new global economy, an economy that can set new priorities that strive for things like the eradication of poverty, the eradication of disease , clean energy sources and the conservation of our planet's resources.
