•Tell the employee what tool you need or explain your project
•They get your tools and briefly explain how to use them
•You pay a deposit and they scan your driver's license
•Take your tools home and return them when you are done
•Payment is based on how long you've had it (4 hours, 24 hours, per week, etc.)
