The real estate market is crazy right now. The low inventory has created tremendous demand from buyers who have access to historically low interest rates. Not even a global pandemic can slow us down. So what are the benefits of VR and how can we use it to sell real estate?

Buyers are looking for every possible benefit they can get in today's market. Offers are being made on properties sight unseen, and it is becoming even more difficult to schedule in-person viewings due to COVID-19 and restrictions on movement to the property. Imagine being able to put on VR glasses from the comfort of your couch and view 5, 10 or even 100 properties without having to leave the couch. With improvements to VR and its accessibility, this is no longer science fiction. Now buyers can enter the home virtually and experience it as if they were there themselves.

Salespeople thrive in this environment, but the name of the game is still fame. Attracting more qualified buyers means more potential offers, resulting in getting the highest price and best terms when buyers compete. Virtual reality is now supported by some of the most popular real estate search engines. Promoting these types of immersive experiences will give your sellers more exposure, just like hosting an open house. I have already received offers for properties based on the photos and videos alone. And I believe this kind of VR experience will only become more interactive. Virtual Realty seems like the logical next step as more and more people now have access to the technology thanks to Facebook and Apple (coming soon).

If you've never experienced virtual reality, I highly recommend giving it a try. Feel free to head over to my website at TheRealCreativeGroup.com/Videos and check out some virtual real estate for yourself. Then let me know what you think!
