In this episode, we'll not only discuss the best OBS settings for streaming, but we'll also learn how to set up a live stream with the gear you might already have as a filmmaker. Overall, this is going to be an OBS studio beginner's guide, as it is software you may not be familiar with yet. But the great thing is that most of the gear you already have can be used with OBS. We use the most up to date OBS studio software, so this can also be viewed as a /"OBS studio tutorial 2020/" video. But this is just a primary OBS studio guide for those getting started with live streaming.

We also talk about how to use your DSLR for live streaming, how to use OBS studio for beginners, and what the best OBS settings are for streaming 1080p 60fps without lag… hint, we're cheating on this and use an external monitor with OBS. We're trying to show you a basic live streaming setup since we're using a MacBook. And so the best OBS settings for recording low-end PC 2020 are kind of what we're aiming for, because the MacBook only has built-in graphics and a standard 720p webcam. We also show how to connect your video game console to OBS using a Raspberry Pi.
