How I was able to complete 10 patients' progress reports before 9am!

Granted, the day above was a lucky one where I had all relatively stable patients, but I do think there are some key concepts that can help you get your notes done sooner. Let me know what ideas you’ve used to write your notes faster and more efficiently! I think we all need to work together to create more effective workflows in the hospital. These are just a few of the few concepts I’ve used in my past 8 months as an intern that I hope can be useful to you too!

Note – I eventually switched from printing the notes to presenting them from my phone, which was a nice change and also environmentally friendly! Less paper waste is always good in the hospital 🙂
