I tried the google pay nfc payment / contactless payment with my debit card in a store nearby. I talked about how to set up gpay nfc payment and also about my overall experience.

So after setting up everything seemed to be working fine, I could see the card appear on the screen with a right check mark and I felt it was successful, but the machine/receipt came up with the message /"Sale was declined/", which I I'm not sure why. I'm still trying to figure it out, but the merchant may not support Google Pay NFC payments. I will try to give an update on this.
