Inertial navigation systems such as GeneSys' ADMA calculate the position, orientation and speed of a moving object. These systems are used in many different vehicles. GNSS-assisted navigation provides high absolute positioning accuracy, but relies on a clear signal from satellites to establish a position. The combination of GNSS and inertial sensor technology makes it possible to obtain interference-free measurement data with very high absolute accuracy at a high bandwidth.
