Tim Cook is the creator and lead developer of the Multilevel Healthcare Information Modeling (MLHIM) specifications and Chief Technology Officer at MedWeb 3.0 (The Semantic Med Web). He is also an international fellow at the National Institute of Science and Technology – Medicine Assisted by Scientific Computing, Brazil
