You've probably signed up for Asana and maybe you've watched some of my videos on YouTube and you know there's potential. But you're not sure how best to set up your account. That's why I created the Master Asana course and coaching program. When I gave 1-on-1 advice, I often repeated myself. I have now converted the step-by-step process that I used with almost every client into an online course.

1) You will learn how to best set up Asana for your business. Asana is a real blank slate and there are so many ways you can set things up. You'll learn about different features and ways to use Asana so you can create a truly clean and organized project management system.

2) You will learn how to improve Asana adoption within your team. By following my implementation plan and sharing key videos with your team, you can get everyone up to speed on using Asana.

My YouTube videos are quite short and light. Asana's own tools are very educational. But this course goes much deeper into the strategy behind Asana and I provide very specific recommendations on what to do and what not to do.

You'll also get access to my private Slack community, so you can get help from me and other users whenever you need it. And you can join group coaching calls (managed by me) twice a week to get answers whenever you want. This is a great way to learn what other people are doing with Asana, avoid their mistakes, and learn much more than you would otherwise do on your own.

You can become a member and pay monthly. Or if you join for a year, it's much cheaper and you'll receive course updates as new features are released. Many customers keep coming back to me after a few months with more questions and with my annual option you really get the best in long-term support. The annual option also allows you to book a one-on-one session with me, which is great to use after you've assessed the course, taken part in a few group discussions and need some personal feedback.
