Here's another augmented reality demo of gesture-based controls with ARKit 3 and person segmentation on iOS 13. No external libraries. Different actions for 1/2/3 finger gestures.
A few weeks ago, Google released a framework for hand tracking on devices. I haven't tried it out yet, but it looks mighty impressive and I want to try it out in the coming months.
