If your Lutron Caseta PD-5ANS or PD-6ANS suddenly stops working, but pulling the FASS switch resets it and works for a while and then stops again, then your red and black wires probably need to be swapped.
My switch has worked for over a year. I replaced a few light bulbs and suddenly the switch stopped working (including the mechanical switch as part of my three way switch). If I pulled the FASS it would work for a while and then stop working again.
Turns out I had my red and black wires connected to the switch. Flip that over and you should be good to go!
