Follow the steps below to make a video or audio call with your friends on Jio Chat.

Step 1 – Open Jio Chat and tap on a contact's profile icon.
Step 2 – Then tap the call icon that appears on the screen to start a call.
Step 3 – Tap the Video Call icon to start a video call.
Step 4 – To start a conference call, tap a group's profile icon. Then tap the audio or video icon. Now you need to select the members you want to add to the conference call by tapping on the profiles. Up to 4 members can be added to an audio/video conference call.
