Follow the steps below to provide feedback to the Jio Chat team.
Step 1 – Open Jio Chat and click on the menu.
Step 2 – From the menu, choose "More" and tap Settings.
Step 3 – Then go to "About" and tap on Feedback.
Step 4 – Share your feedback by typing it on the screen that appears and tap Send. That's all you have to do.
Step 5 – To rate the app, type Jio Chat in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and submit your reviews.
