Learn languages like I do with LingQ: https://bit.ly/39d3UTx

There is a lot of research and debate about the most effective way to learn languages. The answer is: whatever you like to do with the language.

Translation:
Hello there, Steve Kaufmann here. First of all I would like to say that I did a webcam interview with Luca, the great Italian polyglot. We're going to post it here on my YouTube channel, but I'm going to wait until I'm gone because while I'm gone I can't make videos. I'm going to be in Australia and New Zealand so Alex is going to put up some pictures. I think Luca and I spent about forty minutes on it, so it will be at least four sessions. So then you see the interviews I did with Luca, so there isn't a blank page for a whole month.

Today, about language learning, I want to talk about something that's been on my mind. I think of all these things that are key to learning languages and I may have used this before, I don't know, but it suddenly dawned on me that the most important thing is, is it fun? Do you enjoy doing it? I mentioned this in my 7 Secrets to Language Learning. I think the first was spending time and the second was doing things you enjoy doing.
