Patrick Mosher is an author, speaker, advisor, consultant, coach, teacher, husband, father, and grandfather.

He is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations get from point A to point B — with energy, momentum… and achieving success! Dreaming is easy. Creating great strategies and goals is AWESOME. But executing those strategies and living those dreams? Well, that's where the journey gets REALLY interesting and where most people and organizations need a little help!

The most important unit of progress? Showing up authentically… in 1:1 dialogues, in small groups, teams, and even large-scale change. Authenticity exchanges the most VALUE.

What was Patrick’s journey? What were his values?

In over 30 years, he has worked on over 80 projects across 5 continents, helping Global 1000 executives implement their most complex strategies: post-merger integrations, new business launches, new product launches, large-scale technology implementations, and global sales academies.

He is a world class consultant and yet considers himself a 30 year old student of human decision making, motivation and leadership. His “secret agenda” for all 80+ projects was to find that “success algorithm/” to customize unique paths for people and organizations to make good decisions and take the most effective actions to achieve success.

Patrick is a TedX speaker and was the keynote speaker for an international audience! He was invited on stage by Brendon Burchard at his High Performance Academy. An impromptu speech for 2000 people!

He is on the board of the Business Intelligence & Analytics Center at Purdue University. He sees Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Analytics as our modern Wild West territories – territories that could use a moral compass!

He serves on the board of the Cowles Center for Dance & the Performing Arts in Minneapolis, where he is creating a hub for dance in the Twin Cities. He LOVES introducing elementary school students to the arts during their formative years.

He lives by MANY different philosophies, but 3 mantras are at the core of his being:
