Memrise and Anki are quite similar, but also not, one is free and the other is partially paid. Anki is easier for adding words, but that is also possible in Memrise. Memrise has good community created courses, but Anki also has a few ready-made courses. It all depends on ease of use and which one is most beneficial to your own study technique.
