In this video, which took about a month of research, I did my best to answer two questions. First, what is the legal maximum output power for each ISM Band device. Second, what, if any, are the rules for sending encrypted/encrypted messages. I have strived to give you factual FCC/government evidence, so I am not giving you hearsay. I am not a legal advisor or lawyer. The answers given are for educational purposes and require further investigation on your own.
