In this video I share with you my top 3 apps for managing your mental health.

If you haven't noticed yet, the world is slowly opening up to the idea that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. We live in a time where we have so much access to resources that can help improve our well-being at the touch of a button.

There are apps that can be used to track your macros, your weight, and your calories. As we use tools to improve our physical health, the same applies to your mental health.

The three apps I'm sharing with you today are apps I've been using for a while and have helped me get to grips with managing my mental well-being. It has helped me become more aware and attuned to my thoughts, emotions and behavior (which is a powerful insight to have!).
