National Productivity Council is an organization formed to promote productivity culture in India. Bureau of Energy Efficiency, better known as BEE, conducts national certification exams for energy managers and energy auditors. The motto behind conducting these exams is to provide qualified individuals with required knowledge to industries.

Eligible:
1. Graduate engineer with three years of experience in the use of energy in operations, maintenance and planning (EM+EA)
2. Postdoctoral engineer with two years of experience in energy use. (EM+EA)
3. Graduate engineer + postgraduate in management with two years of experience in energy use (EM+EA)
4. Diploma Engineer with six years of experience in energy use (EM ONLY)
5. Post-graduate degree in physics, electronics or chemistry (with physics or mathematics at graduate level) with three years of experience in energy utilization (EM ONLY)
