The Netgear Arlo is the only HD wireless HD home security camera system where the cameras are powered by batteries. In this video I install the system…and record some wildlife in the garden. AMAZON links below (click Show More to expand this text box).

A number of people have said that the cameras could be knocked off the wall – I understand that you don't want to buy this system and that's fine, but I don't feel like you have to justify a decision by suggesting that this product is flawed exhibits that don't exist with any other security camera on the market…the security of this camera is no different than any other security camera – so if you feel like you can't use it for fear of tampering, then you can't either use another camera.
The security of the camera itself was discussed in the video… see 08:53
If you're concerned about tampering, don't use the magnetic mount – that's just an option offered for convenience, useful in my enclosed backyard or in the house, but elsewhere you're expected to mount the camera using THE TRIPOD MOUNT… just like any other security camera: it would be screwed to the wall and placed out of reach. All cameras will be damaged if you throw a rock at them – however, this is not a unique feature of this camera. If you think someone might try to unscrew the camera from the tripod – perhaps the burglar is particularly well prepared and not concerned about it, your camera is recording their image and uploading video to the cloud and they are unlikely to be carrying a set of ladders with it – then attach your camera to the tripod mount with Loctite adhesive in the tripod threads.
