I think it's a good idea to do this

Now more evidence that robots are taking the place of humans in the workplace.
There's now a new crawling robot that can perform risky manual tasks on construction sites.
Cho Sung-min has more.

A four-legged robot crawls up a steel wall.
It bypasses all obstacles in its path and also crosses low structures with ease.
He can also walk upside down on the ceiling.

Developers of this robot say that it can move as much as seventy centimeters per second on a vertical wall, and fifty centimeters per second when hanging on the wall.
The secret to his ability to crawl on the wall is a special magnet and rubber material attached to the bottom of his four legs.

(KOREAN) 남자
/"The magnetic function must be able to be switched on and off flexibly when the legs are lifted from the ground. That is why we have developed a magnet that can perform this function immediately./"

The eight-kilogram robot can withstand a force five times greater than its weight.
He can also easily climb the walls with a load of up to three kilograms.

The developers say the robots will further improve worker safety on construction sites, replacing manual tasks such as welding, inspecting structures, cleaning tall poles and skyscrapers, and more.
