Shadow boxing has always been a standout cardiovascular exercise. Great upper body and cardio challenging workout that also adds something different to your regular workout routine.
It has long been used as a training aid for boxers and mixed martial artists, as a warm-up before a match and to perfect techniques.
Use shadow boxing techniques in your living room or on vacation in your hotel, basically anywhere you can think of.
The best place to shadowbox is in front of a mirror. Where you can now take a look to see the techniques and patterns you used while shadowboxing.
But don't be fooled, just adjust your movements and see it immediately.

After a few weeks of training it will go away on its own and you will move in more of a rhythm.
