This is a complete follow-up training consisting of 20 different exercises without repetitions.
We will perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest between exercises. 1 total set.
If you need to adapt the training, you can use a number of different time structures.
40 seconds ON – 20 seconds OFF
35 seconds ON – 25 seconds OFF
30 seconds ON – 30 seconds OFF
