It's time to bring people to your Microsoft team. You've created a space that supports teamwork from the moment you accept the invitation to the team. But let's talk about that invitation. Send an introductory email that gives your team members more context for the invitation. Set the tone for teamwork by creating a welcome message and scheduling your first meeting in the General channel to agree on some standards and start co-creating the team.

These tips and more from the series on building #MicrosoftTeams for teamwork.
