Osaka Elegy (浪華悲歌, Naniwa erejii) is a 1936 Japanese film directed by Kenji Mizoguchi.

Ayako becomes the mistress of her boss, Mr. Asai, so that she can pay her father's debt and prevent him from going to prison for embezzlement. She also sends money to her brother Hiroshi to pay his tuition, but asks her father not to tell him that it is hers. She tricks Mr. Fujino into giving her money so she can marry her boyfriend Nishimura, but Fujino calls the police.
