Parler's new owner said the social network will focus on expanding freedom of expression.

Ryan Coyne, who last week bought Parler from Parliament Technologies for an undisclosed amount and subsequently closed the platform for rebuilding, told the Washington Examiner that he plans to bring it back with an assortment of new features to benefit those targeted by Big Tech are censored.
