Should I use a password or passphrase? A passphrase keeps you much more secure than a password that simply meets a site's password security criteria. Passphrases are easier to remember, and even if you use a password manager, you can use a passphrase as your master password. Combine all this with 2FA and the chances of you being the cause of your passphrase breach will be suuuuuuper slim!
