This time we'll show you how to create slow motion and fast motion video and how to change the speed of your videos using Pinnacle Studio 21 Ultimate for Pinnacle Studio 21. This complete tutorial from PinnacleStudioPro provides step-by-step instructions on how to increase or decrease the speed speed using keyframes/keyframes and the time reallocation tool. To access the time reassignment feature, select a clip on the timeline and then go to Editor and Time Reassignment. You can choose between Anchor frame and Stretch. Selecting an anchor frame when the clip is trimmed on the Timeline adjusts the speed so that whatever you choose as an anchor frame remains in the same position on the Timeline. If stretch is selected when the clip is trimmed on the timeline, the speed is adjusted so that the first frame and last frame are always at the beginning and end of the clip.
