Pixelmator Pro is a photo editing software app for MacOS. It has a ton of great features and is a great alternative to Photoshop for just a one-time fee of $40 (or $20 if you can get it on sale). Take a look and find out what it looks like, its benefits and some of the annoying parts.

In this video I discuss Pixelmator Pro. This is a Mac app that you need to buy on a device that only has MacOS. It is a photo editor like Photoshop and is similar in many ways. it even adds some new features that can be very useful. For example, the ML (machine learning) tool, when transforming designs from a small form factor to a larger version, will retain almost all the brightness of the smaller version – something Photoshop won't do and most photo editing apps have trouble with. This allows you to go from sketch to print quality without having to recreate everything. Some tools, like the Magic Wand in Photoshop, aren't really there and what they have on Pixelmator Pro isn't as good and requires more time to use, just like the text editor. But there are solutions and this is still a good app to get. It's like the simplified version of Photoshop for the Mac. It doesn't require much knowledge and most people can figure out the basics of how to use it, which is all they need. The more professionals will have a harder time with it or those who are trying to do really complicated things (they would do better with Photoshop), but the majority of people will be able to handle this just fine. I'm also trying to find my niche of technical YouTube videos here and I'm trying to target the average consumer by providing just enough information for everyone to understand, but not too many technical terms and in a short enough form factor that is both entertaining and wasteful no time. Let me know what you think! If you've read this far into the description, please comment /"you deserve more subs/". Thanks for watching and reading!!!
