Repeating sequences of poses is an easy way to create extended exercises without adding many poses. A repetition sequence repeats the poses within as many times as desired and can alternate which pose side is shown.

To create a repeating sequence of poses:
1) Tap the Controls tab.
2) Add the Loop item to the timeline.
3) Once you add the Loop item, any poses added afterward will be included in the Loop and therefore repeated. To prevent a pose from repeating, simply tap and hold the pose and drag it out of the loop.
4) Tap the Loop item to adjust how many times the sequence should repeat and whether the poses should switch sides on repeat.
