It's FINALLY time to drive the world famous Moab masterpiece they call Mag 7 to Portal. Can it really live up to the hype?

Abso-freakin-lutely. This is now probably my favorite ride of all time – EVEN WITH the 25km semi-snoozefest leading up to the main event. My skills are finally perfectly aligned to have a great time on this wild ride.

Portal is rated as a "Pro Line" on Trailforks, but that only seems to come from the two really silly places where people try to die. One seems impossible, the other seems completely feasible. We rode Rockstacker & Jackson's (which will be on the MTBING Adventures channel tomorrow) the next day and the technical moves were much more intimidating and nasty than Gold Bar Rim Portal.
