Quantitative immunoassay with multiplex beads
RayPlex Bead Arrays enable high-throughput multiplexed protein detection in a wide range of sample types using flow cytometry.

RayPlex uses the sandwich immunoassay principle, in which a target protein is immobilized between a capture antibody on a microbead and a fluorescent conjugated detection antibody. By using different combinations of microbead sizes and fluorophores, multiple target proteins are analyzed simultaneously. RayPlex is compatible with most standard flow cytometers equipped with blue and red lasers that can detect fluorescence in the phycoerythrin (PE) and allophycocyanin (APC) channels, respectively.
