Day 17 of 365 Fitness Tips – Log Your Workouts
It's funny how people do the same workouts, splits, movements, etc. for months and months and get NO results… I wonder why? Well I think part of it is because people don't log and write down their workouts so they don't necessarily know what they did last workout weight wise or volume wise, how long they've been doing that workout split, etc. LOG your stuff guys
