I have the idea to teach my 12 year old to cook and have my husband be her sous chef. I've found that a meal kit service is a good way to start because it doesn't take up much of my time. The instructions are very simple and the shopping is handled by the meal kit service, so I only have to pay for it. I'm on a low-fodmap diet, so my family eats what I have to save me the trouble. If I supplement the meal kit service with my cooking skills, they would be very happy to have some garlic in their lives.
