Hello everyone, welcome back, in this episode of /"THE/" I will discuss ring support. This is one of the most important and fundamental isometric positions to master on the rings so that you can progress efficiently with your ring training. Having a firm support, especially with the rings rotated out (RTO), has strong transferability when it comes to training other advanced gymnastics skills that require stability, balance and straight arm strength. I hope this video helps. If you have any questions, please leave a comment below. Thanks for watching and enjoy the process!
