Since the Quest 2 doesn't have eye tracking, and even if it did, Roblox doesn't have support for eye tracking or hand tracking, instead using the direction the headset is facing along with controller inputs (A/B)
The cursor is focused in the center of the user's vision, where they normally look (things on the side of your vision look blurry and distorted on quest 2), and naturally draws the user's eyes to it , essentially forcing the movement. user to use it as eye tracking.
Buttons are highlighted via simple animation. This is shown with the roblox cheez-it changing design, or the skyboxes growing larger and moving towards the player.
This is an extremely early version of this that I only started working on last night, but over time I'll polish it up to make it look and function better, and add more stuff.
This will probably just be used as some sort of custom roblox VR interface with a custom games page full of VR supported games, a custom avatar editor that shows what your avatar would look like in Nexus VR supported games (with a mirror for je) and a tech demo showcasing my VR UI UX skills
