The ROVER S5 robot complex is designed for autonomous movement along pedestrian paths and wireless transmission of video images captured by built-in video cameras.

The security robot consists of a wheeled chassis with electric motor drive, guided by an automatic drive system, and an independent video surveillance system. The video driving system allows driving in all weather conditions, day and night, without operator guidance. As the robot moves along the patrol route, it transmits video footage captured by all-round surveillance cameras. When it reaches the observation position, the tracking system is activated, directing the robot's rotating camera toward moving objects. Video images from all cameras and the location of the robot indicated on the electronic map are sent to the operator's tablet PC or to the Internet.
