Hey friends, I've had a really tough week so I thought I'd make the most of it and make a video with tips I use to look after my mental health and wellbeing.
I have struggled with clinical depression for years, so I pay close attention to any signs of depression, anxiety or fatigue so I can take preventative measures to avoid falling back into a deep depression or negative spiral.
