The Share button is located in the top right corner of any Confluence page and is the most obvious choice for sharing content. It's very simple: click Share, enter the team members (or groups) you want to notify, add a message and click send.

Using the Share button makes sense in two situations:
* when you want to inform your team members about a page and want them to read it.
* when you want team members to edit the page.

In either case, your goal is to notify your team members that they need to do something: read or edit the page.
