The Shark IQ (we tested the RV1001AE) is one of the few robot vacuums on the market with an automatic emptying station in a bagless design. However, we generally don’t recommend it, due to its poor peripheral performance and inability to generate even a single folder during testing.
In this review, we analyze the Shark's performance on carpet (general and deep cleaning), hard floors, edges, and hair (human and pet). We also discuss raw performance (CFM and suction power), navigation, battery life, bin size, and noise output.
