Here's my most popular Shotcut tip. How to do cinematic color correction in Shotcut in an easy and lazy way. I've noticed that many professionals have a very extensive and sometimes intimidating cinematic color correction process. It's as if they speak a different language. By watching dozens of tutorials and playing with Shotcut for a while, I managed to figure out the most basic process to color and correct my cinematic videos. I hope my simple process makes color correction less intimidating and more accessible for the novice Shotcut user.

UPDATE:
The order does matter, but it must be /"TOP-DOWN./". It is best to adjust the order of operations to the stacking order from top to bottom to best achieve the expected result.

Obviously there are more advanced methods to get your color quality in Shotcut just right, but for me I just want to get a good enough video that I can be happy with. That's enough for me.

If there's anything specific you'd like to learn about Shotcut, let me know in the comments and I'll make a how-to video.

I hope this tip video inspires you to start playing with Shotcut and creating great videos!
