I love cooking outdoors and while I keep my BBQ simple, I still want to make sure I'm grilling good quality meat.
I go to John Davidson's butchers often, but they have no idea who I am. So this is just MY honest opinion.
By using a combination of online butchers and your local butcher, you can get creative without compromising on quality.
