A logo, you can literally pay someone a side gig website five to make a website, I made my first logo myself. I used this website called canva, not sponsored and you guys can experiment and learn how to make your own logo
Good photos/ads Make sure your photos are well lit and show off the best features of the shoes
Tie the laces
Remove the small stones from the soles
Little details like this help a lot and can be the turning point for potential customers
A reference post
A reference post is a post where people who have done business with you can comment on the post and describe how the transaction went with you
This is important because the more positive reviews you get, the more trustworthy you are
DON'T make fake references, don't ask random people to say you've done good business. If you haven't done that it won't work out and people who would leave these refs could be scammers and you could be labeled as a scammer.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS
There are many scammers starting out, usually when you first start they will target you. They will seem very interested in your item and won't even negotiate. And then they will usually ask you for your email address in order to send you the money, but the reason they need your email address is to send a fake email from the payment company like PayPal saying that they sent you the money.
