The new rebrand is a promising sign that SoundCloud is actively developing the platform, adding new features and improving support.
It costs 30/year for unlimited uploads and unlimited artists, you keep 80% of the royalties. It's 10 more than Distrokid's basic plan, but SoundCloud has no upsells, so you get all the features for the same price.
SoundCloud for Artists isn't perfect by any means, but this is what I'm using now. There are a lot of music distributors out there, and most of them are garbage. You just have to choose one!
