‍‍ If you're doing this on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spinning bike and can't get into the standing positions (2nd and 3rd) and would like an extra challenge, TRY THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere from 5 to 15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance here, but try to maintain the same cadence.
