You must first sign up for an account on the Survey Monkey website. Second, click Create New Survey. You'll first need to title the first page of the survey. These pages determine how the questions on each page are viewed. You can have multiple questions on one page, or just one. You can then click on ask a question. This is where you start adding your questions for the survey.

You can then continue adding more pages and questions to your survey. To do certain things in Survey Monkey, you may have to buy the pro version. There are tons of cool features that let you jump to different answers depending on the answer to the question.

Once you've added all the questions and pages you want to your survey, you can save it. Once your survey is saved, you can choose how you want to share the Survey Monkey survey. You can embed the survey on a website, email it, send it via SMS, and more.
