The automated warehouse designed by System Logistics for Tosano Group is located within the existing distribution center in Cerea (VR) and consists of a pallet storage warehouse equipped with 10 double-deep stacking cranes, supplemented by a pallet handling system with suspended monorail trolleys.
The system is also equipped with an automated package depalletization area and an internal package storage warehouse with 10 miniloads.

In addition, the factory has a palletizing area for packages and trays with stations for preparing pick pallets: three of these stations are fully automatic and one is manually operated. The system is completed by automated packing stations and shipping stations.

Thanks to the automated picking system MOPS, developed by System Logistics, Tosano will be able to automatically prepare picking pallets, subdivided by department and respecting the order required for lane arrangement.
Thanks to the Systore® software and the Bestfit® application, which are at the heart of the MOPS system, it will also be possible to prepare pallets by optimizing a variety of functions, including volumetric saturation, unloading sequence, stability and uniformity of weight.
