T-Mobile LTE advanced speed testing in Portland, OR

Tmobile just updated its LTE network across the US. Here's a quick test of TMobile LTE-A speeds in Portland, OR. I'm getting 88 Mbps down, which is a marked improvement over what I was getting before (30-40 Mbps down).
For this test I use a Samsung Galaxy S8. For comparison, my iPhone 7plus gets a speed of 40 Mbps.
